The lamps function as fixation artifacts—small human systems designed to anchor divinity to a material surface.
Each piece embodies a paradox: light, essentially intangible, is captured through a set of 3D-printed components that mimic technical accessories, generating tension between the sacred and the utilitarian, between transcendent glow and the mechanical logic of “keeping in place.”
The result is an installation that appears functional but operates symbolically, an imagined technology meant to retain what, by nature, cannot be retained.
